Shipping policy

UK: 2-4 working days from dispatch. 
EUROPE:  5-8 working days from dispatch. 
USA + CANADA: 3-5 working days with DHL or 7-10 working days with Royal Mail from dispatch. 
INTERNATIONAL: 8-12 working days from dispatch.

All orders are shipped from the UK via Track and Signed services (Royal Mail Post / DHL).
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. Tracking ID will be provided.
 
CUSTOMS, IMPORT CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES
We do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services to international / European regions outside of the UK. Customs, Import Charges, Duties and Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note when you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, import charges, duties, taxes or administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
Please note that after Brexit, all orders to EU countries are liable for customs and duties charges.
