Our Ethos

VALUES

We are committed to bettering our practises one step at a time and giving back to our communities. Our handcrafted, artisanal practises ensure a slow, small scale and transparent production. We produce in limited quantities, in-house and locally here in the UK (where we are based).
Our aim is to create a communal space of self expression through feel good colour therapy and prints. We endeavour to evoke joy from a foundation that is respectful to our environment.

COMMUNITY

We are passionate about collaborating with independent UK businesses for our newly established digital print range. And we continue to partner with African artisans for our Batik fabric Totes, thus supporting African artisans and generational family businesses upon the continent.
We are currently also working with a social enterprise who ethically manufacturer clothing whilst supporting women from marginalised communities in finding employment.
We take pride in our international, organically-growing diverse community of customers / supporters and make it our aim to give you our best, always.

Sustainability

We are a working progress and exploring ways to reduce our environmental impact on this planet. We currently use eco dyes and pigments for all our screenprinted products. We also utilise GOT's ECO, organic and deadstock, 'by-product' materials as much as possible. To reduce fabric wastage we cut ergonomically where possible; for example when creating our large silk twill scarves we also created a series of skinny scarves to use the surplus fabric and avoid waste.

Attention to detail is paramount when producing every piece, hence we want it to last for generations to come. Collections are launched sporadically throughout the year and not to the current outdated fashion calendar.
We welcome ways to improve ourselves each collection and will keep asking questions and seeking knowledge to lessen the impact of our production practises.
