Shipping times from dispatch:

UK: 2-4 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail 1st Class Track Signed Post.

EUROPE:  5-8 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked Signed EU Post.

USA + CANADA: 7-10 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked Signed INTL Post.

INTERNATIONAL: 8-12 working days from dispatch. Royal Mail Tracked Signed INTL Post.

COURIER AND EXPEDITED DELIVERY:

Please email us at info@joannavanderpuije.com if you need an item expedited, so we can quote you for the shipping beforehand.

All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail Postal Service.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. Tracking ID will be provided.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT CHARGES, DUTIES AND TAXES

We do not offer Delivery Duty Paid services to international / European regions outside of the UK. Customs, Import Charges, Duties and Taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please note when you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, import charges, duties, taxes or administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
